Shape the Future 2027 will celebrate the power of One Team: mentors, families, educators, coaches, and community partners coming together to champion the unlimited possibility of our youth.

Each RA student has a future that is uniquely their own, from aviation to nursing to music production. Some have found belonging through sports. Others have learned to say yes to opportunities that once felt uncomfortable. Many are becoming the first in their families to pursue postsecondary education. The common thread is the support of the RA community and mentors, who  walk alongside them from 4th grade through high school graduation and beyond.

Your support at Shape the Future fuels RA’s work to ignite connection through 1:1 mentorship, self-discovery, and access to opportunity.
