Sponsors and mentors over 100 students across 12 Bellevue School District locations. We now serve four out of the five Bellevue Title I schools (schools with large low-income, diverse student populations)

Has raised over $3M to expand the community and deepen impact for participating youth and their families. Key grants from organizations like The United Way, King County Parks & Rec, The Seattle Foundation, Bacon Family Foundation, Amazon, Facebook and many more amazing partners make it possible to both sustain and grow RA’s impact.
Has coordinated the distribution of over $500,000 in vital resources to RA families in need through formalized partnerships with local resource providers such as Bellevue Lifespring, Hopelink, Youth Eastside Services and many more.
Partners with over 40 community sports leagues and other youth-focused extracurricular organizations. With each partner:
RA negotiates pricing, covers the cost to participate, trains coaches, registers youth, and coordinates transportation when necessary.
Coaches and program leaders work with RA to ensure their participants and the participant’s family enjoy an inclusive experience within their program and can best support the students both "on and off the field."
